It is ordered on consent that: 1. The application is amended to remove Moutalabi Seibou Issifou as a Tenant. 2. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 3. Commencing February 1, 2026, the Tenant shall pay the monthly rent on or before the first (1st) day of each and every month for a period of twelve (12) months ending January 1, 2027.
