it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before May 31, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 31, 2026, then starting June 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after June 1, 2026. Additional Terms 4. For the duration of the tenanc y, the Tenant shall not: a. Smoke any cigarettes or marijuana, within the unit nor the residential complex. 5. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 4 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant before the moveout date indicated in paragraph 1 of this order. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Tenant. 6. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 7. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before January 26, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
