It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Co- op Member shall pay to the Co- op $4,700.50, representing the arrears of the monthly housing charges up to and including March 31, 2026 and the $186.00 application filing fee. The Co- op Member shall pay the amount owing, as per paragraph 1 above, according to the following schedule: AMOUNT DUE DUE DATE $150.00 On or before the 30 th day* of each month for 31 months from March 30, 2025 to September 30, 2028. *For the months of February 2027 and February 2028 where there are less than 30 days, the Co- op Member shall pay the $150.00 on or before the end of the month of February. $50.50 On or before October 30, 2028 3. The Co- op Member shall also pay the month housing charge in full and on time, on or before the 1 st of the month, from April 1, 2026 to October 31, 2028, or until all of the arears are paid, whichever comes first. 4. If the Co-op Member fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with paragraph 2 or 3 above in this Order, the outstanding balance of any arrears of monthly housing charges and costs to be paid by the Co- op Member to the Co- op pursuant to this Order shall become immediately due and owing and the Co- op may, without notice to the Co- op Member apply to the Board pursuant to Section 94.11 of the Act for an order terminating the occupancy and evicting the Co- op Member and requiring that the Co- op Member pay any new arrears, NSF fees and related charges that became owing after March 31, 2026.
