It is ordered that: 1. Order LTB-L-104874-24 is cancelled. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords $13,036.00 for arrears of rent up to January 14, 2026. 3. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $3,300.00 on or before January 23, 2026 b) $700.00 on or before the 28 th of each month from January 28, 2026 to January 28, 2027. c) $636.00 on or before February 28, 2027. 4. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlords new rent in full on or before the 28 th day of each month for the period of January 2026 to February 2027, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 5. applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Karen Leigh Joyner and Timmy James Riach (the 'Tenants') and for an order to have the Tenants pay the rent they owe because the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on March 14, 2025 with respect to application LTB-L- 104874-24. A hearing was held by videoconference on to consider this application. The Landlords and the Tenant Karen Leigh Joyner attended the hearing.
