applied for an order determining that Jeff, Skyline Living and Kylie McCann (the 'Landlords') substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenants or by a member of their household. An Adjudicative Case Conference (“ACC”) was held by videoconference on March 18, 2026. The Tenants, the Tenants Support, Jeanette Timmers, and the Landlord’s Representative, Shannon Kiekens, attended the hearing. Determination: 1. At the hearing, the Tenants sought to withdraw the application, and I consented to the request.
