This Tenant application — Tenant application — Harassment — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. In full satisfaction of the Tenant’s claims, the Landlord shall mail to the Tenant a copy of the rent receipts for the period of November 2024 through October 2025 to the Tenant’s mailing address, which can be found on the Tenant’s application, on or before June 19, 2026. applied for an order determining that Gurbax Dhillon (the 'Landlord') harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant. An Adjudicative Case Conference (“ACC”) was held by videoconference on May 21, 2026. The Tenant and the Landlord attended the ACC. At the ACC, the parties consented to the following order. The parties agreed: 1. A copy of the rent receipts can be found on the LTB’s Portal under Document ID 6891493, however the Landlord did not provide this to the Tenant prior to uploading it to the Portal.
