It is ordered that: 1. The Tenant’s T1 Application is dismissed. 2. The Tenant’s T6 Application is dismissed. 3. The Tenancy is terminated as of December 31, 2023. 4. The total amount the Landlord shall pay the Tenant is $1,203.00. This amount represents: • $1,155.00 for an abatement of rent for October 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023; and • $48.00 for the cost of filing the application. 5. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant the full amount owing by March 22, 2026. 6. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by March 22, 2026, the Landlord will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from March 23, 2026, at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 7.
