This Tenant application — Tenant application — Maintenance and repairs — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before May 31, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 31, 2026, then starting June 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after June1, 2026. 4. The Tenant may return the keys to the Landlord’s realtor Heidi Kurien upon vacating the rental unit. Upon return of the keys to the Landlord’s realtor, the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent, Robert Atkins, shall refund the key deposit via e-transfer to the Tenant by the end of the same business day. 5. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the key deposit on the same day the keys are returned to the realtor, the Landlord will owe interest on the key deposit. This will be simple interest calculated from the day after the Tenant returned the keys to Heidi Kurien at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
