s.189 — Notice from applicant

189 (1) Instead of doing what would otherwise be required under paragraph 1 of subsection 188 (1), the Board may, in the circumstances set out in the Rules, order the applicant to give a copy of the application to the other parties. (2) Despite the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, the Board may, in the circumstances set out in the Rules, order the applicant to give a copy of any notice of hearing issued by the Board to the other parties. (3) Where an order is made under subsection (1) or (2), the applicant shall, in the circumstances set out in the Rules, file with the Board a certificate of service in the form approved by the Board.
