We manage units and tenancies for our clients; we don’t manage condo corporations or sit on their boards. Owners remain responsible for condo fees, property taxes, and insurance. Utility arrangements can differ by building and unit. Questions about condo fees, utilities or building matters should go to the condo corporation, its property manager, or the utility provider.
