How will you introduce yourselves to the occupant?

Only for an owner who has decided, with their own legal advice, to have OLH manage their unit. In that case we can prepare clear written information showing who owns the unit, who is authorized to manage it, and how the occupant can contact us. Where practical, we can also arrange a conversation. We want occupants to have a chance to ask questions, too.
