Can you find out what the occupant actually pays?

We can help you gather the records available, such as SIREG statements and, where the occupant is willing to share them, the lease and payment history. The amount SIREG pays an owner may differ from the amount the occupant pays SIREG under a separate agreement. What amount an owner is entitled to receive depends on both agreements, which is a question for a lawyer.
