That depends on your agreement, and it’s a question for a lawyer, not for OLH. Arrangements differ: in some, SIREG may be acting as a manager; in others, SIREG may rent the unit from the owner and have a separate agreement with the person living there. Those arrangements can call for different steps. OLH doesn’t advise on SIREG agreements or on ending them. Please have a lawyer review what you signed before you decide anything.
