Yes, with information. Many owners we’ve spoken with are missing some or all of those details. Send us the property address and unit number, along with any SIREG statements or emails you have. We can check the land registry record for your unit and help you organize what you have into one file you can take to your own lawyer. Whether anyone should contact the tenant, and what should be said, depends on your agreement and your legal advice. OLH doesn’t advise on SIREG agreements or on ending them.
