Dispute a Court Order

Court orders issued by the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board are public records. This is the only place to ask us to remove or correct one — and we only do so on the specific grounds below.

Go to the dispute form

Please read before submitting.

Disputes are only handled through the form on this page. Messages about removing a court order sent to our Contact page, support email, or any other form will not be actioned and will be redirected here. Submissions without a valid ground for removal (see below) will not be removed.

When we will remove or correct a record

We act only when one of these is true and verifiable:

  • An amended order exists. The LTB has issued a corrected or amended order that replaces the published one — provide the amended order and we will replace or remove it.
  • It's a confirmed duplicate. The same order is already published on the site.
  • The document was tampered with. It is not the authentic order as issued by the Board.
  • Mistaken identity. The record was matched to the wrong person and is verifiably not about you.
  • A court, the LTB, or law enforcement directs it. We comply with a formal request or order to take a record down.

When we will not remove a record

These are not grounds for removal:

  • Privacy or embarrassment. Court orders are public documents. As long as it is the original record, we will not hide a name or address on request.
  • You disagree with the outcome. Challenging the decision itself is a matter for the LTB or Divisional Court — not for us.
  • The debt was paid, or it's old. A resolved or dated order is still part of the public record.
  • You believe a detail is inaccurate. It is the Board's responsibility to get the details right. Ask the LTB to amend the order, then send us the amended copy.

Removing accurate public records would compromise the integrity and transparency of the information landlords and tenants rely on.

Submit your dispute

To dispute a record you must have evidence showing why it should be removed or corrected.

You're disputing order LLEZY-27881 (file LTB-L-044995-23) for Amanda Lynn Grundy.

Paste the link to the order on our site, if you have it.

e.g. an amended court order. PDF or image, up to 10 MB. Without evidence, most requests cannot be granted.

Please complete verification to submit.

LandlordEzy is software, not a law firm. Submitting a dispute does not guarantee removal. We respond to every submission by email.
