These terms govern your use of the LandlordEzy demo. By starting a demo you agree to them.
The demo is populated entirely with fictional properties, owners, tenants, ledgers and documents. Nothing represents a real person, tenancy or financial record. Figures, statements, notices and reports are illustrative only and must not be relied on for any legal, financial or tenancy decision. Certain actions (sending documents, generating filings, running credit checks) are simulated and do not actually occur.
All software, data models, workflows, automation logic, screen designs, report formats and the selection and arrangement of information in the demo are our exclusive property and our confidential information and trade secrets. Your access is a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to evaluate LandlordEzy for your own potential use only.
You will not copy, reproduce or recreate any part of the demo's structure, data model, workflows, screens, report formats or automation logic; reverse engineer, scrape or systematically extract data or design from it; use it to build, train, improve or benchmark a competing product or service, or assist any third party in doing so; access it on behalf of, or share its contents with, a competitor; or misrepresent it as your own or a third party's product.
The demo and everything in it are our confidential information. You will keep them confidential, use them solely to evaluate LandlordEzy for your own organization, and not disclose screenshots, recordings, exports or descriptions to any third party for competitive purposes.
To let you experience the platform end-to-end, you consent to receive transactional demo emails and SMS messages at the email address and phone number(s) you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
We collect your name, email and phone to operate the demo and follow up about LandlordEzy, handled under our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. We do not sell your information.
The demo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
A breach of sections 2–4 would cause us irreparable harm, and we are entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
