applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Lucien (Luke) Foisy (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes (the ‘L1 application’). The Landlord also applied for an order to terminate the tenancy as the Tenant had abandoned the rental unit (the ‘L2 application’).
