The Landlord shall pay the Tenant the full amount owing by January 10, 2024. 3. If the Landlord fails to pay the Tenant the full amount owing by January 10, 2024, the Landlord will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from January 11, 2024, at 7.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 4. The Tenant has the right, at any time, to collect the full amount owing or any balance outstanding under this order. 5. The Landlord shall permit the Tenant and/or his guests to park in the two parking spaces he was originally given at the start of the tenancy. 6.
