applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Gary Hanson (the 'Tenant') and for an order to have the Tenant pay the rent the Tenant owes because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on July 19, 2021 with respect to application CEL-99243-21. This application was resolved by order CEL-02131-21 issued on August 24, 2021. On August 26, 2021, the Landlord requested a review of the order. The request was heard via video conference on November 26, 2021. The Landlord’s legal representative, Sharon Harris and the Tenant attended the hearing. The Tenant declined the opportunity to speak with Tenant Duty Counsel prior to the hearing.
