The Landlord may file this Order with the Court Enforcement Office (the Sheriff) prior to March 23, 2020, and the Court Enforcement Office (the Sheriff) shall accept th e filing thereof, so that if the rental unit is not vacated on or before March 23, 2020 , the eviction may be enforced in order to give vacant possession of the rental unit to the Landlord on March 24, 2020, without fu rther notice to the Tenant. 3. If the Tenants vacate the rental unit on or before March 15, 2020, the Landlords shall pay the sum of $1,000.00 to each of the Tenants which will be payable by certified cheque to be picked up at the Newmarket office of S. Epstein and associates. 4. The parties shall keep the peace and be of good behaviour. 5. They shall not communicate to each other except through counsel.
