It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before March 14, 2024. The Landlords shall waive all arrears outstanding to the period ending February 14, 2024. 4. The Landlords shall waive the $186.00 cost of the application filing fee. 5. Last month's rent deposit shall be applied in full satisfaction to February 15, 2024 rent. 6. If the unit is not vacated on or before March 14, 2024, then starting March 15, 2024, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 7. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlords on or after March 15, 2024.
