If the Tenants do not vacate the rental unit on or before April 30, 2021 then starting May 1, 2021 the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order the Court Enforcement Officer (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession to the landlord starting May 1, 2021. 4. The Landlord shall pay to the Tenants $5,000.00 on or before April 30, 2021. 5. The Tenants have the right to collect the full amount at any time after April 30, 2021. 6.
