The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $14,565.93, which represents compensation for the use of the unit from April 11, 2020 to March 1, 2021. 3. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $175.00 for the cost of filing the applications. 4. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before August 21, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
