applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Daniel Lawrence and Sydney Ensing (the 'Tenanst') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlords were represented at the hearing by Julie Lloyd. The Tenants were not present at the hearing. Prior to the hearing the Landlord’s representative advised that a consent agreement had been reached with the Tenants. Even though the Tenants were not present, based on the submissions of the Landlord’s representative, I am satisfied the parties have a consent agreement to resolve this application.
