applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Hanadi Salhai and Surujdai Sandra Evans (the 'Tenants') because the Tenants did not pay the rent that the Tenants owe. This application was resolved by order TSL-22994-21 issued on October 13, 2021. On October 26, 2021, the Tenants requested a review of the order claiming they were not reasonably able to participate. The request was heard on November 30, 2021. The Board waited more than two hours and only the Landlord’s representative Daniel Schofield attended the hearing.
