📑 Findings & determinations
It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated, as of February 28, 2022. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before February 28, 2022. 2. The remaining balance owing on the Payment Agreement (from the L1 Application) filed with the Board on September 1, 2021 shall become payable on February 28, 2022. 3. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords $2,400.00, which represents the reasonable costs of repairing the damage and/or replacing the damaged property. 4. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords $4,413.18, which represents compensation for the use of the unit from September 1, 2021 to January 5, 2022, less the rent deposit and interest the Landlords owe on the rent deposit. 5.
