The Tenant may void this order and continue the tenancy by paying to the Landlord or to the LTB in trust: $21,081.00 if the payment is made on or before July 31, 2024; OR $23,981.00 if the payment is made on or before August 31, 2024; OR $26,881.00 if the payment is made on or before September 27, 2024; OR $29,781.00 if the payment is made on or before October 15, 2024.
