It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before June 9, 2024. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before June 9, 2024, then starting June 10, 2024, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after June 10, 2024. 4. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $31,088.57, which represents compensation for the use of the unit from July 11, 2023 to January 24, 2024. Any payments made by the Tenants to the Landlords for this period shall be deducted from the amount owing. 5.
