This Co-op application — Co-op member eviction — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: C1 Application 1. The application is amended to reflect the proper name of the Co-op Member as Rhoda Hannan. 2. The Co-op Members have paid all outstanding arrears to April 30, 2026. 3. The Co-op's application for an order terminating the occupancy and evicting the Co-op Members based upon arrears of regular monthly housing charges is discontinued. C2 Application 4. The Co-op Members shall also pay the Co-op the lawful monthly housing charge in full and on time, as and when it becomes due and owing on the 1st day of each month, for a twelve-month period commencing May 1, 2026, up to and including April 1, 2027. 5. If the Co-op Members fail to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 4 of this order, the Co-op may apply under section 94.11 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the occupancy and evicting the Co- op Members. The Co-op must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Co-op Member. 6. The Co-op Members shall also pay to the Co-op $186.00 for the cost of filing the application as follow a) $31.00 on or before the 1 st day of each month starting May 1, 2026, up to and including October 1, 2026. 7.
