it is ordered that: 1. The Co-op Members shall pay to the Co-op $1,818.72 for arrears of regular monthly housing charges up to February 28, 2026 and costs. 2. The Co-op Members shall pay to the Co-op the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $454.68 on or before the 20 th day of each month commencing February 20, 2026 and concluding May 20, 2026. 3. The Co-op Members shall also pay to the Co-op new regular monthly housing charges on time and in full as they come due and owing for the period March 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. If the Co-op Members fail to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance of any arrears of regular monthly housing charges and costs to be paid by the Co-op Members to the Co-op pursuant to paragraph 1 of this order shall become immediately due and owing and the Co-op may, without notice to the Co-op Member, apply to the LTB within 30 days of the Co-op Members’ breach pursuant to section 94(11) of the Act for an order terminating the occupancy rights and evicting the Co- op Members and requiring that the Co-op Members pay any new arrears, NSF fees and related charges that became owing after February 28, 2026.
