The Landlord advised the LTB that prior to the hearing the Tenants paid all the rent that was in arrears and all additional rent that would have been due under the tenancy agreement for the period ending January 31, 2026, and the filing fee. 2. The Landlord's L1 application for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants based upon arrears of rent is discontinued. L2 Application 3. The Tenant shall pay the lawful monthly rent on the first day each month for a period of 12 months commencing February 1, 2026, through January 1, 2027. 4. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 3 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
