The previous order issued on May 5, 2025, with respect to LTB-L- 005721- 25 cancelled and replaced as follows : 4. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $6130.90 which represents arrears of rent (5,944.90) plus the application filing fee ($186.00) for the period ending March 31, 2026. 5. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 4 in accordance with the following schedule: • $350.00 on March 4, 2026 • $1,400 on or before March 6, 2026 • $100.00 every Friday commencing March 16, 2026, to Friday, January 8, 2027 (43 weeks) • $80.90 on or before January 15, 2027. 6. If the Tenants fail to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 4 and 5 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
