The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before June 30, 2027. 2.As the rent is paid to April 30, 2026, t he Tenant shall pay to the Landlord daily rent/compensation of $50.26 for the use of the unit, starting from May 1, 2026 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 3.The Landlord shall pay $5,504.30 to the Tenant for additional compensation, by way of: i) $153.66 which is applied as a top up to the collected rent deposit held; and ii)$5,350.64 which is to be held by the Landlord as a credit and applied to the Tenant’s account as an offset t o the daily rent/compensation the Tenant is required to pay the Landlord for the use of the unit , pursuant to paragraph 2 of this order above, until fully applied/used ($5,350.64 divided by $50.26 = 106.5 days maximum). 4.If the Tenant vacates the unit before the additional compensation credit, as set out in paragraph 3 ii) above, has been fully applied/used, the Landlord shall pay to the Tenant the full remaining balance of the additional compensation credit, by no later than 30 days after the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 5.The Landlord shall also pay the Tenant $1,856.36, which represents the topped- up rent deposit and interest owing on the rent deposit held, by no later than the date the Tenant File Number: LTB-L-006506- 26 O rder Page 3 of 3 moves out of the unit, and/o r, at any time and as directly by the Tenant, the Landlord may apply this value, or any portion thereof, as a credit to offset the daily rent...
