it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants continues if the Tenants meet the conditions set out below. 2. The Tenants, their occupants, and or their guests shall have all dogs on leash, muzzled and controlled at all times while on the residential complex during the tenancy, except in the Tenants’ rental unit. 3.
