it is ordered that: 1. The request to review order LTB-L-007487-26 issued on February 19, 2026, is granted. The order cannot be enforced by the Landlord. 2. The interim order issued on February 20, 2026, is cancelled and replaced by this order. 3. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 5, 2026. 4. If the unit is not vacated on or before April 5, 2026, then starting April 6, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 5. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after April 6, 2026. The Sheriff is requested to expedite the enforcement of this order. 6. The Tenant shall not be required to pay the rent for the period from April 1, 2026, to April 5, 2026.
