it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. T he Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before May 04, 2026. 2. If the Tenant provides vacant possession on or before May 04, 2026, the Landlord shall pay the Tenant $4,500.00 on or before May 04, 2026. 3. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing on or before May 4, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from May 5, 2026, in accordance with the Courts of Justice Act on the balance outstanding. 4.
