it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before June 25, 2026. 2. The Landlords shall waive the monthly rent of $2,975.45 for the months of April and May 2026. The rental period is from March 26 to April 25, 2026, and April 26 to May 25, 2026. 3. The last month’s rent deposit of $2,700.00 shall be applied to the last month of the tenancy. The last month of the tenancy is from May 26 to June 25, 2026. This amount shall be considered to fulfill the full rent payment for the same rental period. 4. The Landlords shall pay the Tenants an additional month compensation in the amount of $2,970.45. This amount shall be paid to Moataz Sherif, on behalf of both Tenants, on or before June 25, 2026, and upon return of the keys. 5. If the unit is not vacated on or before June 25, 2026, then starting June 26, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 6. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlords on or after June 26, 2026.
