This Landlord application — Eviction for non-payment of rent — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated as of February 28, 2026, the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlords $5,586.00. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit and the cost of filing the application. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlords the amount set out in paragraph 2 through a payment plan whereby the Tenant will pay the Landlords: • $3,300.00 on or before June 15, 2026; and • $2,286.00 on or before August 15, 2026. 4. If the Tenant does not make the required payment in accordance with paragraph 3 of this order, the full amount owing under paragraph 2 of this order will immediately become due and owing to the Landlords and the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from the date of breach at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
