it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of April 11, 2026, the date the Tenants moved out of the rental unit. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $21,244.52. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date the Tenants moved out of the rental unit and the cost of filing the application. 3. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $300.00 on or before the last day of each month, for the period beginning, May 31, 2026, for seventy (70) months; and b) $244.52 on or before March 31, 2032. 4. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlords the amount owing on or before the agreed upon dates as per this order, the balance owing under paragraph 2 of this order shall become due and payable to the Landlord on the day following the date of default. The monies owing shall bear interest at the post-judgment interest rate determined under subsection 207(7) of the Act.
