For the next 24 months starting May 14, 2026: • The Tenants, another occupant of the rental unit, someone the Tenants permit in the residential complex or the Tenants’ guests shall refrain from causing unreasonable and excessive noise disturbances. This includes yelling, shouting, screaming or participating in physical and/or verbal altercations. • The Tenants, another occupant of the rental unit, someone the Tenants permit in the residential complex or the Tenants’ guests shall refrain from obstructing the reasonable enjoyment of other Tenants or Residents of the residential complex. 3. If the Tenants fail to comply with the conditions set out in this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Tenants. 4. The Tenants shall pay $186.00 to the Landlord which is the cost of the application on or before July 15, 2026. 5.
