it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy is terminated as of January 31, 2026. The Tenant shall vacate the unit on or before that date. If the unit is not vacated on or before January 31, 2026, then starting February 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord, on or after April 1, 2026. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $67.26 per day plus utilities in compensation for the use of the unit from February 1, 2026 to the date the Tenant vacates the unit. This order shall resolve all matters arising out of the tenancy on a full and final basis, such that neither party, the Landlord nor the Tenant, have any further claims and/or actions against the other. 3. The Tenant agrees that prior to making arrangements to collect these documents from the Landlord, the Tenant will send the Landlord an e-mail with a list itemizing the documents he wishes to collect.
