The total amount the Landlord shall pay the Tenant for the issues raised under section 82(1) of the Act is $22,183.00. 5. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant the full amount owing by May 31, 2026. 6. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by May 31, 2026, the Landlord will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from June 1, 2026, at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 7. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by May 31, 2026, the Tenant may recover this amount by deducting $1,711.00 from the rent each month starting on June 1, 2026, until the amount is reimbursed in full. 8. The Tenant has the right, at any time, to collect the full amount owing or any balance outstanding under this order.
