it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below for a period of 12- months commencing January 12, 2026, through to and including, January 11, 2027. 2. The Tenant shall abide by the guest policy, including not permitting guests to remain on the premises for a period longer than 14 days in a 90- day period, without the prior written approval from the Landlord. 3. The Tenant shall not allow any other person to occupy the leased premises without prior written approval of the Landlord. 4. The Tenant and the Tenant’s guests shall not engage in disruptive behaviour on the Landlord’s property. This includes, but is not limited to, yelling, fighting, threatening, and intimidating others. 5. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 2, 3, and 4 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
