The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord the new rent in full and on time, as it becomes due and owing on the first (1 st ) day of each month, for the rental period starting March 1, 2026, and ending February 29, 2028, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 7.
