It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 2. Starting March 2 , 2026, and continuing through March 31, 2029, the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permits in the residential complex, shall not seriously impair the safety of any person in the residential complex by operating, or permit to be operated, fireworks or other highly flammable objects using or containing propellant powder, from within the rental unit or residential complex. 3. Starting March 2 , 2026, and continuing through March 31, 2029, the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permits in the residential complex, shall not seriously impair the safety of any person in the residential complex by operating, or permit to be operated, a motor vehicle in a manner that, having regard to all of the circumstances, is dangerous to the public. 4. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 2 and 3, of this order, the Landlord may, within thirty (30) days of such a breach and without further notice to the Tenant, apply to the Board under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. 5. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 6. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before March 31, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
