The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants terminated on November 30, 2025, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. 4.The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $2,925.17. This amount incl udes the rent arrears owing to November 30, 2025 and the cost of filing the application, minus $1,000.00 which is the amount of rent arrears the Landlord waives claim to in satisfaction of the associated File Number: LTB-L-088398- 25-RV and LTB-T-074295- 25 O rder Page 3 of 3 T6 ap , and in accordance with paragraph 7 of this order, below.
