it is ordered that: 1.The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the c onditions set out below. 2.The Tenant shall not assault anyone within the rental unit or the residential c omplex, inc luding but not limited to the Landlord’s s taff and other tenants. 3.The Tenant shall allow the Landlord access to the rental unit when pr oper notice has been pr ovided. 4.If the Tenant fails to comply with paragraph 3 of this order, the Landlord will issue a written warning to the Tenant via email to [email protected] , and the Landlord will m ake r easonable efforts to res chedule the entry. The Tenant shall not deny or impede entry into the unit. 5.If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 2 and 4 of this or der, the Landlord may apply under s ection 78 of the Ac t for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
