The Tenant shall also pay the Landlords compensation of $100.86 per day for the use of the unit starting August 1, 2026, until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 6. The last month’s rent deposit shall be applied to the last month of Tenancy in July 2026. 7. The Tenant shall pay the lawful rent on time and in full from April 1, 2026, to June 1, 2026.
