it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before February 28, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before February 28, 2026, then starting March 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after March 1, 2026. 4. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $115.07 per day for the use of the unit starting December 15, 2025 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 5. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $7,800.00 in rent arrears for the period ending December 14, 2025 on or by February 28, 2026. 6. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $4,689.27, which represents the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses the Landlord has incurred or will incur as a result of the unpaid utility costs for the period ending September 30, 2025. 7. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlords $372.00 in total for the two application filing fee costs. 8. If the Tenants vacate the rental unit and return the keys to the Landlord on or by February 28, 2026, then the amounts owing under paragraphs 5, 6, and 7 shall be forever waived by the Landlord. 9.
