it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 31, 2026. 2. As of the date of the hearing, the amount of the rent deposit and interest the Landlords owe on the rent deposit is $ 1,214.76. However, the Landlords are authorized to deduct from the amount owing to the Tenant $ 34.79 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting January 13, 2026 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 3.
